Review your license, invoices and subscription there. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. ### An upload failed. What now? Delivery WhatsAppDrive AI is a software service delivered entirely online. We do not ship goods, cargo, or physical media. After a successful payment or the start of a free trial, the license is delivered immediately by electronic means. Delivery happens as follows: A license key is issued through the payment / customer portal shown at checkout. The same key and setup steps are sent in WhatsApp when you message wdbuy to WhatsAppDrive AI. You bind the license to one WhatsApp chat with wdclaim, connect Google Drive with wdconnect, and the service is then available in that chat. There is no delivery address, cargo company, or tracking number. If payment succeeds and you do not receive a license key, contact team@beyondend.dev from the email used at checkout. ### 2. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal of the payment partner shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not entitle you to a refund of the current or any previous billing period. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the current paid period. When that period ends, the license is revoked and uploads stop. You may subscribe again later; a new license key will be issued. If you start a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. ### 3. Refunds All sales are final. WhatsAppDrive AI is a digital service that begins immediately when you subscribe or start a trial. By paying or starting a trial you consent to immediate performance. We do not issue refunds or partial refunds, for any reason, including but not limited to: Service outages, maintenance, or downtime, whether planned or unplanned. Rate-limit rejections, quota exhaustion, or temporary throttling. Outages, policy changes, or breaking changes on the part of WhatsApp (Meta), Google Drive (Google), our AI provider, or our payment partner. Suspension or banning of the shared WhatsApp number we operate, which would interrupt or end the Service for all subscribers until restored. Loss of access to your Google Drive account, revocation of OAuth permissions, or storage-quota exhaustion on your side. AI output quality issues — for example, folder paths or file names you find imperfect, inconsistent, or wrong. Mis-classification, overwrite, duplication, or any other unintended outcome of an upload. Subjective dissatisfaction with the Service, change of mind, or accidental subscription. Security incidents, attacks, or abuse by third parties affecting the Service. Compliance, regulatory, or legal changes that require us to modify, restrict, or discontinue the Service. If you are not prepared to accept these terms, please do not subscribe. ### 4. Payments Subscriptions are billed in USD at the price shown on the product page. Who We Are WhatsAppDrive AI is a service developed and operated by Beyondend Dev, a company registered in Turkey at Zühtüpaşa, Rıfat Bey Sk. No:2 kat:3, 34724 Kadıköy/İstanbul. You can reach us at team@beyondend.dev. ### 2. What WhatsAppDrive AI Is WhatsAppDrive AI is a WhatsApp-native archiving assistant. You can use our shared WhatsApp number in a direct chat or add it to a group, link a paid license to that WhatsApp chat, and authorise the service to upload to your own Google Drive. When you reply to a file with the wdload keyword, an AI proposes a folder path and a file name based on your accompanying note and the file's metadata, and the file is uploaded directly into your Drive. ### 3. What We Store To operate the service we store the following, and nothing more: Your license key issued by our payment partner and the WhatsApp chat it is bound to, whether that is a direct chat or a group. Your customer email as provided to the payment partner, used only as a logical identifier and for support contact. A Google OAuth refresh token scoped to your Drive, which lets us upload files on your behalf. We also cache short-lived access tokens to avoid re-authenticating on every upload. An optional root folder ID if you have set a custom destination folder using wdroot. Your custom archiving instructions (the text you submit with wdsyspromptup), if any. A small rate-limit counter per connected chat, used to prevent abuse. Google Drive access uses drive.file: files and folders created by the service or explicitly selected through Google Picker. wdroot chooses the root; wdaccess grants access to existing items. ### 4. What We Do Not Store We do not store the contents of your files. Files received via WhatsApp are processed in memory, uploaded directly to your Google Drive, and discarded. We do not keep copies, backups, mirrors, or thumbnails on our servers. We do not log file contents, message bodies, or AI prompts containing your data. ### 5. What We Do Not Do With Your Data We do not sell, rent, or share your data. We do not use your files, messages, or archiving instructions to train AI models. We do not analyse the contents of your Drive. We access metadata for service-created or user-selected files and folders as needed to organise your uploads. ### 6. Third Parties We Rely On To deliver the service, content you send necessarily passes through a small number of third parties under their own privacy terms: WhatsApp (Meta) — the messaging channel itself. Messages flow through WhatsApp's infrastructure under WhatsApp's privacy policy. Google (Drive) — the destination of your files and the holder of your authorisation token. Files are written to your account using a Drive-scoped OAuth token you granted. Groq — the AI inference provider that suggests folder paths and file names. We send only the text needed for that decision (your short note and the file's metadata: original name, size, MIME type). We do not send raw file contents. Polar — they hold your billing information, not us. We never see your card details. ### 7. AI Processing When you forward a file with wdload, we send a small prompt to Groq containing your note, the file name, file size, and MIME type, plus your active archiving instructions. The AI replies with a folder path and a file name. The raw file content is not sent to the AI. The AI provider's terms apply to the prompt and response, which we do not retain on our side beyond the duration of the request. ### 8. Your OAuth Token Your Google Drive refresh token is held only to perform uploads you request. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account's security page; once revoked, our copy of the token becomes useless and uploads will fail until you reconnect with wdconnect. ### 9. No Accounts on Our Side You do not register with us directly. Your identity in our system is your license key (issued by the payment partner) and the WhatsApp chat it is bound to, whether that is a direct chat or a group. There is no separate WhatsAppDrive AI account, password, or profile to manage. Customer account and subscription management are hosted by Polar. ### 10. Data Deletion You can have your data removed from our systems by emailing team@beyondend.dev from the address associated with your subscription. We will delete the corresponding license row, OAuth refresh token, archiving instructions, and rate-limit counters. Cancelling your subscription through the payment partner will also cause your license to be revoked, at which point uploads stop. ### 11. Children's Privacy WhatsAppDrive AI is not directed at children and is intended for use by adult subscribers with their own Google Drive accounts. We do not knowingly process data from children. ### 12. Changes to This Policy If we change what we store, what third parties we rely on, or how we process your data, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify subscribers through WhatsApp or by email. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. ### 13. Subscription and Billing The Service is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions, payments, invoices, taxes, refunds, and the customer portal are handled by Polar. By subscribing you accept the payment partner's own terms in addition to these Terms. We never see or store your card details. ### 4. License Scope Each active subscription provides one license key that can be bound to one WhatsApp chat at a time, whether that is a direct chat or a group. You may move a license to another chat by sending wdclaim unlink in the current chat and a fresh wdclaim in the new one. Your Google Drive connection is associated with the license itself, so it moves with the license when you change chats. ### 5. Delivery, Cancellation, and Refunds How the Service is delivered, how you cancel, and our no-refund policy are set out on a dedicated page. That page is part of these Terms. All sales are final. You are responsible for that account, its storage quota, its sharing settings, and the contents of the destination folder. We have no ability to recover files from your Drive on your behalf and no responsibility for files you delete, overwrite, or move within Drive. ### 7. Acceptable Use You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to archive files that you have the right to store. You must not use the Service to transmit, store, or process illegal content, malware, copyright-infringing material, or content that violates the terms of WhatsApp, Google Drive, our payment partner, or our AI provider. You are solely responsible for the content you forward through the Service. ### 8. Custom Archiving Instructions You may set custom archiving instructions with wdsyspromptup. A safety filter rejects attempts to override the system's fixed rules, request unreasonable folder depths, change the file-naming contract, or otherwise abuse the AI. We reserve the right to reject, revert, or further filter instructions that compromise the Service for you or for other subscribers. ### 9. Rate Limits and Fair Use The Service enforces per-chat rate limits to prevent abuse and to stay within the quotas of our AI provider. Sustained bursts may be temporarily rejected with a retry-after message. We may adjust these limits to keep the Service stable for all subscribers. ### 10. Third-Party Dependencies The Service depends on WhatsApp (Meta), Google Drive (Google), our AI provider, and our payment partner. Outages, policy changes, or rate-limit changes at any of these providers may affect the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but we are not responsible for the availability of these third parties. ### 11. Intellectual Property The Service, its workflows, design, code, name, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Beyondend Dev, protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission. Files you upload through the Service remain yours. ### 12. No Warranties The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the Service's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose, including the accuracy of AI-proposed folder paths and file names. Use of the Service is at your own risk. ### 13. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyondend Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any loss, mis-classification, overwrite, or duplication of files in your Drive. You are solely responsible for the contents of your own Drive and for maintaining backups of important data. ### 14. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. ### 15. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey. ### 16.
